The agreement is finalized when both parties have signed and dated it. By signing, you agree to the outlined terms and conditions, including the payment schedule and project scope. Work will officially begin once the deposit is received, ensuring your project is secured in my schedule.

We will discuss and agree upon a delivery date during the project planning phase, and this finalized timeline will be outlined in the agreement to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
